I am mentally dead today - in the middle of two six month plans for youth club - you do them for me and I will wake my brain up or ring the premium phone number0

untidy talkative daughter
untidy talkative son (would apply to me x 2)
unruly and sometimes silly cat under mat!*Official DMP Mutual Support Club Member No 147**Official DFW Nerd Club Member No 923*I have no idea what I'm talking about!0 -
Well, I was thrilled to see that the TV Licence has risen from 11.61 to 11.95 a month, along with rises for the Council Tax and Home Contents Insurance. So, we are planning to increase the DMP later on in the year (when OH gets a pay rise), but it may only be a little rise (as the actress said to the bishop) due to the ever increasing cost of living.
And Nat West have kindly slapped another £60 in charges/interest this month so our payment has hardly made a dent in the debt!
And, the dog has dreadful flatulence (I'm sitting here in a gas mask) so not the best day ever!*Official DMP Mutual Support Club Member No 147**Official DFW Nerd Club Member No 923*I have no idea what I'm talking about!0 -

Not quite.
Untidy is not the word I had in mind but it does fit. Your interpretation of UTS is a good fit, he is both untidy and talkative.
change talkative to taciturn and it fits daughter.
Change 'cat under mat' to 'rat inside bin' and it fits one of our pets perfectly.
Close but no cigar.0 -

So that must be FNWB then?WhoopieDoodle wrote: »And, the dog has dreadful flatulence (I'm sitting here in a gas mask) so not the best day ever!
Give FD a pat on the head and and send him outside to contribute to global warming with his greenhouse gas emissions.0 -
Yep, definitely F Nat West Bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tee hee ....
and FS Dog! I have been kicking him into the garden on a regular basis. The birds are starting to fall off the bird table and the cats have emigrated to the next county! Seriously, it is that bad. Goodness knows what he has eaten (he did find a discarded Quaver on the pavement last night but I hardly think this has contributed to the huge F**RTS)

Knew I'd spoken too soon about 1st credit being quiet this week....had a letter from them today....stating..'' FINAL REMINDER ''...giving me 3 days grace from date of letter...dated 15th April today is 17th...before sending out door-step debt collector who will make out pre-legal proceedings report then report back to legal dept.,......have spkoen to Payplan who have said that as we don't own our own home they cannot put a charging order on property we have no assets.....so they will probably go for a judge to force increased payments ..ccj i presume.....they said when the judge see's income and expenditure form its very unlikely he would force an increase....really stressing now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aptly all creditors except 1st Credit [ who took on citi cards debt ] and citi financial [ personal loan ] have accepted offers of payments.....no guessing where citi financials debt is going to end up!
I have written to 1st Credit, stating that they presumably have recieved my income and expenditure form and creditors summary report from Payplan long with offer of payment which they presumably are not accepting.....they will be able to see from above mentioned forms that I am currently in no position to increase offer of payments.....If they refuse to accept I may have to consider an IVA or Bankruptcy as an alternative to DMP........going to send it recorded delivery tomorrow.0 -

It's nonsense, try not to let them intimidate you.
This sounds like a system generated letter, this is usually a final letter, before a “Default” letter is sent.
Is the letter you received, personally singed?
Saying they will be sending someone round, most of these letters state that, again just to frighten / intimidate you.
Follow Payplans advice, you won't go far wrong.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -

Thank you for your reply, the letter was not personally signed.....looks like a photocopied unreadable signature....no printed name underneath...just says collection dept.,
Would legal proceedings mean a CCJ ?0
