I found a recipe on here for a yeast free pizza dough and was wondering if I made up a batch of pizza bases whether they would be ok to freeze.
Yes they would :j I freeze them as "dough balls". They thaw quickly, and I then roll them to use.

Just another quickieFollowing on from my above post #253. Exlibris (or anyone) could you help?
Re: post #256, Would you say that the same applies to all fish/seafood (not just fresh mackerel)? If it says "not suitable for freezing, may have been previously frozen and defrosted" I should ignore it. It should be ok to freeze?
Just curious! Thanks!
I think that may be a problem, can you cook it in fish pie or something and then freeze that? Obviously if you are having it as a piece of fish this is not possible. I have never seen that on any packaging and have not asked the assistant if it had been frozen before. They may just be covering themselves but it is probably not worth the risk.0 -

Hi Lynsey
Just boil some potatoes, chuck in an onion whilst there boilng, mash as normal, add 1/2 spoon of mustard, then mix in the cheese, spoon into a dish, cover the top with some sliced tomato and breadcrumbs if you have any, pop into over until brown, serve with some quiche - yummy :rotfl:Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

Can't see why not - from what you are making it with, I freeze all those so should be fine (it's just like the topping on a cottage pie, and I freeze them all the time!) Hello lovely people of OS
I have a random question that I wanted to check out with you...
I have just made some lamb burgers, it was a bit of a hybrid of this recipe: (link - which I made yesterday)) and something I saw this morning on something for the weekend. I basically left out the cumin and corainder (and pinenuts) and chucked in some rosemary and mixed the mint into the mince with the onion, yoghurt and garlic.
OK that is a long way of saying I have made lamb burgers using lamb mince, mint, rosemary, yoghurt, onion and garlic - sorry (they smell lovely though)
I used yoghurt to bind rather than egg because I like the way it tastes and I had some that needed using up.
My question is..... Obviously yoghurt can be frozen (or you couldn't have frozen yoghurt) and I know all the other ingredients can, but is there any issue freezing them all mixed??
I don't know why there would be but was wondering if the yoghurt might start acting on the lamb as it defrosted or something. It just feels a bit wrong.
If they look to be dodgy if frozen raw, does anyone see any reason to not freeze them cooked??? (obviously taking care in the defrosting/reheating of them)
