  • Hello. Right so it sounds as though we are better off doing what Derrick did instead of trying to fight a losing battle in persuading them that the 'start date' of the account was when the first deposit hit the account - NOT the day of application! What morons they are!

    Lets get this straight Derrick, you got a payment in respect of the lost interest between the account application date and the date of first ISA money to transfer into the account?

    Best sort this out now instead of next Feb. Carpy I will join you in taking Lloyds to task over this if I can.

    i hope you have more luck than me because i've exhausted their complaints procedure and only have going to the FOS left.....

    how they are treating people differently over this is beyond me!!:mad:

    well it was a serious question?! everyone has now got the money transferred haven't they?

    as for interest, we won't know until April what LTSB have actually done?

    I certainly haven't and there doesn't appear to be any likelihood of the transfer (from early March) being completed until the Financial Services Ombudsman Service complete their investigation of my complaint.

    Itl probably be worse now due to the HBOS takeover.
  • Is any one having promblems with getting their old Isa from B&B transfered to lloydstsb. Has i am still waiting(opened in April). i've complained to both sides each blaming each other. (lost cheques etc ) Any advice and any good template letters
