  • I've just opened the Lloyds fixed rate ISA for this year using the online banking. Does anyone know how to transfer the money from my Lloyds Fixed rate from last year which has now converted to the CASH ISA?

Is it possible to do it online? or is a ISA transfer form the answer?

Seems stupid to have to visit branch to essentially move the money from one account to another within the same organisation.

    Thanks in advance.

Although an ISA transfer application can technically be made 'not in writing' most providers still want a signature authorising such transfers - I certainly had to complete & sign a form to transfer mine to the new FRISA at their 'Early Bird' rate in February/March.

Phone them; - 0800 0150060, they will do it over the phone, they did it with me on the 19th May when my FRISA matured, although I did not add any new money, just transferred the old one into the new one, same acc number & sort code.

Does anyone know the address to use for Lloyds when filling in a transfer request form?

If you're looking at the same form I am:
    http://www.lloydstsb.com/media/lloydstsb2004/pdfs/12061_1208.pdf

    It clearly states:

Send the completed and signed form to:
Lloyds TSB Bank Plc, ISA Transfer Unit, BX1 1LT

I'm transfering out from Lloyds to another provider. It needs the address of the ISA manager which isn't on my statements

Oh, right. Well, Lloyds is the "ISA Manager". Whatever address is on the statements (your local branch, or some central processing office) is what you should use.

Cheers. I looked up my branch address and used that one :)
