I run mine & hubbys business from home....I should be doing the VAT return now as it happens....but I've had a enough of it this week, it's been a tough one! so I'm kinda skiving(sp) off now.

That is what I call illogical, you are no doubt still going to be eating chicken, otherwise you wouldn't be in this thread would you?

You're completly wrong. I am a fishaterian. So no doubt I won't eat chicken :rotfl:
Goal: Win a car (or cash to buy one :))! -- Haha goal from when I was a student. Never actually won this but got a good job instead.

    What I achieved:
    Car paid in full straightaway.
    Two properties fully paid. Wohhoooo!

You get what you pay for. The OP was pointing out something which will be a 'bargain' for some. If anyone has other concerns then so be it. Post a thread in discussion time!

    Mixture of BOTH, actually.
  • Willy Wonka 88 posted earlier in the thread - I've also bought supermarket organic/free range chickens...with very little taste difference - however most of the time it is a LOT less watery and you get more meat off the bird!!)

I have recently started buying Free Range / Organic chickens and have decided not to purchase the cheaper chickens for my own reasons that I will not go into, but I do not agree with Willy Wonka that you get more meat off the bird, I think someone else mentioned that you get great stock, I do agree with this but does anyone else find that the Free Range/ organic chickens are alot smaller than the cheaper ones.

    Thanks Lexie.

Cooked one on low for 8 hours in the slow cooker yesterday.

Get much more meat off them that way.

Lots of meat on these, will make at least four meals from this.

    Cheers.
  • Great find Lexie! I wont be buying any of these as I only eat free range chickens now but many people I am sure will find this very useful. :T
