We had crepes this morning for breakfast. Plain old sugar and lemon, but they were lovely! There are more exciting ideas on these threads:

Im just going to make the batter ready for tonight teas, the kids are all excited.....n idea why tho as we often have a pancake night lol.
We have bananas with choc spread and squirty cream, butter n sugar, maple syrup, plum jam, fruit and cream, or golden syrup on ours. i usually put lots of things out and let hte kids put their own on0 -
A variety for us tonight for tea. All american style ... blueberry for my daughter and some choc chip ones, plain for my son with golden syprup and for me traditional american with maple syrup. May cook some bacon too for on the side.
Had no lunch in anticipation of later lol0 -
DD1 is at brownies tonight so supsect they may well be doing pancakes there anyway, but she wants some pancakes at home. For some reason she prefers to have a small snack or sandwich before she goes, then a late tea/supper when she comes back. Mean the rest of us will need to eat in between so a bit hard work lol.
Tend to go for a add your own topping kind of thing with lemon juice, sugar, maple syrup, chocolate spread, squirty cream, fruit etc etc.

I've never been able to make lump free pancake batter before but I was determined to make some for my DD today.
I was really pleased how they came out (after one or two stuck and burnt ones) that I took photos of them and have put them on my blog.
The secret of today's success was an electric mixer.
We had to have maple syrup on them (as that is what peppa pig had on hers)
