    Re above - mine is all made up in the fridge ready for the morning as my 2 sons will be desperate for pancakes for breakfast - mmm

    my mum always used to use buttermilk for the scotch pancakes, it was lovely. Can you still get it? Since marrying an Englishman I've only made the big type pancakes and I'm getting to like them (16 years!)

    Yes it is today. We are having sweet ones tonight but I love savoury ones, filled with mix veg and sprouted beans with a sweet and sour sauce poured over. See posts yesterday for other recipes
    We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.
