            Hi nickinoodle
It's dead easy: 2 eggs, 1/2 pint of milk, 4oz Plain Flour.
Mix it altogther and pop in a frying pan.
You can also use this for yummy yorkshire puddings.

keep it simple is my motto.....
 4oz plain flour
 1 egg
 scant half pint milk..
flour in bowl make a well and put in egg
beat with half milk then add rest of milk
 slowly beating... voila... yummy
I always like to serve with sugar and lemon
but thats just my preference.... simple...#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

 Hi Snoopy,
How many pancakes does this make (I know it depends on the size of the frying pan)?
 TIA

Sorry nickinoodle, I keep posting on your thread!
Can I use a handmixer to mix it together or is it best to do it with a wooden spoon?0

            Hi
I get around 9 pancakes out of that (but then again i'm very liberal with the amount i use) and if everyone doesn't have the same amount it can cause WW3!!!
I agree with just having lemon and sugar on them YYYYYUUUMMMMYYY!!!
(I use my handmixer as it seems to make a wonderfully fluffy mixture)

Just read in the paper that the first pancake always turns out a bit rubbish. Was a real relief cos that always happens me Just for info. Just for info.
BTW Tesco are doing a 400g jar of nutella for only £1.05 at the mo. Bought it Saturday. There's only a little scraping left for the pancakes tomorrow :eek:0
