If you only have a few bogofs that end up taking you under the minimum, it's always worth a call to CS to complain that you haven't got the reduction/points. They will say it's because of the 2 4 1's but their system, as the last poster said, doesn't show offers up, so you can argue that you didn't know they were on offer etc. It's always worked for me when I've only had a few, although obviously if your entire shop consists of them they're going to find it hard to believe you didn't know. Also, if you fall under any minimum because of out of stock/substituted items you can quite fairly argue that it's their fault for not keeping their stock levels up. Again, I've never had a problem doing this. At the end of the day, all we have to go on price wise is their checkout page, so if they don't change that to show all the offers they can't expect you to know.

So if i ordered around 4 packs of Guiness (18 cans in each pack) @ 14.99 each that would be over £50 and id get a 1000 extra points?

I don't see why not - although I tend to stick to the money off rather than extra points, never had a problem with them being accepted.

Ok I am now officially hacked off. I have two codes that expire on 25/9 one for £10 and one for £15. My bill is over £90 and it keeps taking codes for £5 that do not expire until next year. Have tried taking all the codes off except the first two mentioned and then when I check no codes have been taken. Can anyone see away round this. I have a delivery coming tomorrow which also has a £10 voucher coming off. I thought I would split my delivery in two and use the other £10 voucher and the £15 next week but it just won't take them.

Does anyone know where I am going wrong with this.

Have you tried taking your spend over £100 (excl delivery charge) to see if it uses them? Most of the £15 vouchers require £100 spend, the ten quid ones vary in minimum spend required.

Alternatively, have you seen the £10 Asda voucher?

ok what I did was to take all the vouchers off except the two that expire 25/9, upped my shopping to £108 and the £15 voucher came off. So I am assuming that the £10 might be a £100 qualifier as well, will do a test basket now to see what happens.

I have ordered over 80 pounds of shopping and used xx-fpcr for 1500 points this was showing on the email that I received but on the delivery note there wasn't a coupon for 0.01p. When I rang customer services they said don't worry it'll show on your november statement included with your other points.

I'm not convinced anyone else had this problem?

Hi, I did the same but the delivery note says they will email me tomorrow to tell me when it can be used again!

Phoned Tesco Customer Service who said that they were experiencing a very high level of fraud and I would have to email them the code that I used (i.e. in some original Tesco email which I never received!).

I guess this is the end of using codes that weren't actually sent to you or are not in some magazine or whatever!

What I want to know is...what do you have to do to be sent the decent codes in the first place!

i used the 1500 points code and it didnt show, just phoned them again and they said it hadnt gone through. I gave them the code again that is showing up in my bank of codes on tesco site and they said to be able to give me the extra 1500 points i would have to give the the 6 digit code beginning with xx. Has anyone got the 6 digit code please
