If you have to ring customer services and say they didn't honour points or discount where are people telling them they have got the codes from?0

Just used 37DXRQNPBG8L for 1000pts. Can I use this again?
I am now going to shop online every week, and would really like to build up the clubcard points (£40 in deals for just one shop!) Would they stop me using the codes every week? or am I best sticking to the £5, £10 off etc? You wouldn't think they'd be happy to give away so many points would you?!
Thanks, Justine0 -

I think this is one of the ones you can only use once, but you can try: the system will probably say you have already used it the maximum number of times. There are quite a few points codes on the Tesco codes thread valid up to 16/10/050 -
dastephens wrote:Hi,
I placed an order online yesterday for just over £100 and used a code I received: XXWY9F - which is 1500 extra clubcard points when you spend over £100.
On the payment page it accepted the code even showed up on the payment page as: 1,500 extra clubcard points £-0.01.
On receiving my grocery order today I checked my points total and a message showed: We're sorry but we couldn't use the following ecoupons/evouchers: 1,500 extra clubcard points, we will email you tomorrow to let you know how you can use them with your next shop. !!!
I have spoken to their Customer services, who basically were of no help and said I had to email them. I have just emailed them and await a reply.
Will let you know if they don't award points.
Still had not received email by 2pm, so telephoned helpline again and although they tried to wriggle out of it at first, they have now agreed to add the points stating there was a technical problem at my local store! They have stated the points should show on my clubcard total in 48 hours.
Must make sure I check my delivery notes in future!! (as easy to miss)0 -
That does not make sense, at all as they dont put them on in store but afterwards, all at once, in which case you may get them twice? :rotfl: :TPawpurrs x0

Bit new to shopping on-line avec Mr T's, but seen a code in the forum says 1500 when you spend over £100, which sounds to good to miss, given the conversion makes that £60 in clubcard deals.
Just a couple of questions
1. Is delivery free on that sort of value ?
2. Notice it says BOGOFs etc taken when order arrives, so how can you tell if its going to be over £100.
3. I presume there is a section somewhere where you enter the code, does it show that fact that your going to get the points. Notice from discussion the normal tesco's weaselling out of things seems to be prevalent.0 -
1 No delivery is not free, charge depends on delivery slot chosen
2 Work out yourself how much to take off for BOGOFs as you go along, cos if the delivery before del charge is less than the minimum required they may not honour the code
3 when you checkout there is a box for the code, and it will appear on your email they send you, at the bottom
Place an order and checkout, you can always cancel it up to the end of the day before delivery, if you want to see how it works.
