I had 2 things on my resolotions list to do this year, one was a shabby chic style shop, the other was a blog also shabby chic-ish! Ive acheived both! (you can read my blog by clicking on my public profile if your interested?!)
I really enjoy doing things stuff like that, so I thought maybe I could put it to use and sell them! Im really pleased with the positive comments though as you always doubt your own work!!

Oh theres so much to see.............I'd never get anything done..............lol
I think Dads tray will have to have a coat of paint and I've got a book of wildflower stencils.............might play with that. Don;t think I'll put a bean bag underneath as I might want to sit it on the kitchen table with a few 'bits' on..................not sure quite what yet...........umm..........pause for thought I think.Mary

Hello again Vintage pleasure, just one more question, I promise:o .
What colour paint do you use on your woodwork? doors skirting etc
Also, just a thought came to me when you mentioned Manchester in your post, did you know that in Australia, they call the linen department in their stores "Manchester", you ask them for directions to the bedding and they say oh it's in "Manchester", probably because of the association with the cotton mills I suppose. :rotfl:0 -
