Ladies, I used to miss Ebay ending times often so now if I see something I REALLY want, I set a reminder on my mobile 'phone and it sets an alarm 10 minutes before auction end.
It's handy for when the auction end is 3 days away, etc and you have no chance of remembering.
I keep my 'phone in my apron pocket so I hear it.
    HTH.

    thats so lucky.....:j

I'm in Ivybridge, our new library is opening in April so I hope they have a much better range of books than the small library does at the moment.

I know what you mean about Totnes aswell, its my fave place to visit. The market is fantastic on a Friday, lots of shabby chic bargains to be had! hhhmmm can feel the urge to go there on Friday, now that I'm madly planning my new kitchen :rotfl:

Also if you don't mind me asking Triage where do you go carbooting?

Oooh I have competition for bargain buys :rotfl: :rotfl:

I go to Newton Abbot Racecourse carbooting, they have a huge one once a month, also with the warmer weather coming the large one on the Totnes Road will be starting up again soon.

Newton Abbot car park (where they hold the animal auctions behind market) is also good for carbooting which is on a Sunday, if it is raining they hold it in the multistorey next to it.

If you look in the local paper there are usually a few other irregular one's now and then too.

Perhaps some nice wall shelves to display your shabby chic bits and pieces. Have a look on ebay, someone posted a picture of some painted shelves and they looked really good, they were in Yorkshire though.
