My Mojo socks- they are not meant to match- look quite funny not on a foot/board but look nice on. I like the Trekking XXL yarn. My first pair of toe-ups and first afterthought heels too :).
Hope all the ill peeps feel better soon, I am still not 100% but managing to knit :).

    Good morning

Just watching the bluetits constantly back and forth between the feeder and the nest box. What a wonderful time of year!

On the knitting front I'm making slow progress with my cabley arrany jacket. Our WI is entering a competition and we have to make a bag containing 5 items for a new mum. I got the job of making the bag so I have been playing with that so the sewing machine has been buzzing!!

Cystitis seems to be responding to the second antibiotic I was given so I'm feeling much better, thankyou. What bliss to be able to sleep rather than the uncomfortable nights.

The socks look great fun Orkney. Love knitting with Trekking!

    Snuggly looking socks Orkney Star.

Susan, you must have the knack with the bluetits. We have three birdhouses, tastefully hidden in amongst climbing plants, and out of the way of cats. They've been there about 7 years now and none have been used. We have a line of thick trees near us, and I think the birds all nest there and use our garden for the daily supplies. It is nice to see them come to the patio everyday for food, then they scoot off elsewhere to nest.

Thank you Cuddles. Migraine gone now. Visual disturbances are the worst thing. Pain's not too bad with mine. Just feel like a wet piece of string afterwards.

Going to make an effort to go to knitting group locally this morning. Have socks, will travel!

I've never been brave enough to try socks, but you'll need either a circular needle or DPNs.
    Good Luck!
