janb5 I have found that sometimes with Regia even if the colour and dye lot are the same the balls might be wound in opposite directions meaning the stripe the opposite way. Also they don't start at exactly the same point in the colour repeat so if you want exactly matching socks it means winding on to the section of the colour repeat you started one sock with and starting there. It is a bit annoying, I've gotten past it by not letting myself care too much about my socks matching!
Also look blueberrypie I said I'd try two at a time magic loop and so far it's going very wellOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member #398 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts :T

I sewed up a cushion cover I knitted at the end of 2010. It's a Millamia pattern and yarn. I liked the yarn a lot. It's pure merino and knits very evenly.

Thanks for that - I guess using the fixed circulars gets over the connection problem!
It could be you've lost the thanks buttons because you aren't signed in. It took me a while to puzzle this one out as I don't sign out but sometimes the computer seems to do it for me.
Computers - don't you just love them when they behave themselves and hate them when they don't!!!
