Hi, Gabby.
Any chance of providing the source of the NASA info?
I'd be most interested.

I found a site here discussing plants eliminating the toxins around us if that's any help?
Also an article about "setting up your office for health" which mentions plants that are useful for eliminating toxins"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

I don't know if anyone's posted about this site before (not read the whole thread yet) but it has some very interesting articles regarding Feng shui too
It mentions something about the electro-magnetic fields, as well as food, colours and best of all ... clearing your clutter! :j"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

Very interesting. I can't find any reference to him on the NASA site though.0 -

There is a lot of conflicting advice on this thread, but that is because FS is full of ancient traditions, many of them contradictory.
I would be happy to answer general questions, but many cures are all relative to you and your home and your personal circumstances.
I know this is a finance thread but can you give me any advise on what to do about a relationship problem please. I am getting absolutely desperate, we're now at the point that he wont even speak to me or answer my emails even though he still picks them up. I'm at a loss as to what to do next, if anything.
sorry to ask on another issue, its just doing my head in0 -
Could you please take that discussion to PM? Otherwise I'll have to split the posts off to the Discussion Time forum.

Regarding the plants elminating toxins:
The NASA research is referred to in the book "50 eco-friendly houseplants", can't remember author but I have the book at home. It's not a feng shui book however. You should be able to find it on Amazon or in the library. The research is recognised in many large companies which is why so many offices have large plants such as ficus etc, they help to negate the effect of all the computers, printers etc and are not just there to look pretty...0 -

Hi tina, I thought you - and anone interested - might like to know that gabby has very kindly pm'd me in answer to my query. This part of her information is - I think relative to everyone
"to get the best from your wealth area - good things are based on the Wood element (green and brown) If you could get a picture with trees in here it would be good. The number 4 is very lucky in this area.
Knives on display are not good(put them in a cupboard)"
I thought this part would be of use to all.
Many thanks to Gabby for supplying this information."Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it may be necessary from time to time to give a stupid or misinformed beholder a black eye" - Miss Piggy0 -
