Whilst on the subject of spikey plants, I have a few parlour palms and aspidistras. Although they aren't stiff and spikey like an Aloe Vera they are pointed but softly curved, is this a problem too?0

I have just planted a pound coin in the soil of my money plant, tied a red ribbon around it and taken it inside the house as the weather is getting colder.
