Since getting my buddha and rubbing his belly, and putting my money tree in my finance corner.. ive had my telewest bill (phone net and tv) was expecting it to be approx £98 due to installation and month up front etc... but because i had to give a deposit (little credit history) im actually in credit with them! AND the bill was less than expected - even with unbudgetted for phone calls. Then i was a bit silly the other day and ordered a pair of jeans that cost over £30 (thats WITH a discount code) i didnt really need them and was feeling a bit guilty as thats alot of money on a "treat" anyway they were faulty when they arrived.. so i sent them back for an exchange.. got a letter yesterday to say they were out of stock and discountinued so i am getting a full refund! Means i dont feel the guilt anymore! hehe!

Hi, Ive been following this thread quite closely and have been pleased to see I was doing some of the right things already (money tree, buddha, pink wall in the bedroom - besides husband complaining thats its his room too! etc) but I wanted some advice.

Everything was going well but I was neglecting my money plant, then hubbie came in yesterday announcing that due to company shuffles etc hes going to have a pay cut! Hes been on permanent 'on call' and now theyre changing it arrgh! So quite a major reduction in income. Now (eventually) the question. Two days before I painted my west wall of my house (kitchen wall) a deep red shade. Can this affect finances? Is this supposed to make a difference to any area of my life, I hope one of the feng shuiists on here can give me their opinion.

Hi Gremlin, that's tough news over the pay cut...I don't think that there are any real (as in 'studied' the subject) feng shuiists (is that a word????) but there are lots of enthusiasts.

I'll have a look through my book and see if the red wall is a problem, it might be later when I get back to you as I have to do some work - apparently.

If anyone else can shed any light that would be great.
