Ok, totally ignoring the direction in which your house actually faces, just pretend that your front door (or the door you use as a main door) is north, then take all your directions from there. Thats why mine is in the NW, but yours could be completely different.

And to John Jackson...... if you cant have a bit of fun, just ignore the thread. Feng Shui doesnt provide for miserable folks im afraid!

Okay, got a good one for you.........feng shui working or just coincidence, I don't know.

Remember earlier in the thread I joked about feng shui not having the desired effect as it was costing me money (playcentre from B&Q on Grabbit)?

Well, delivery driver who appeared at our house yesterday with the playcentre asked if we wanted to sell our house and offered to pay full valuation price.

Thing is, we do intend to sell at some point and we've been considering our options (as to where to move to) and doing the place up in the meantime. Houses round our way haven't been shifting well lately and most folk haven't been getting what they were asking and have had to take a drop in price, so the offer of full valuation price is good to know.

Coincidence? Who knows.......but I'm certainly looking after my money tree, lol.

I went out and bought a money plant but not sure if its in the right place, although I have had a few bits of good luck and a few bad too. I hope this is not just coincidence. Great to hear everyones encouraging stories though.

quick question to those of you with feng shui books. Is there such thing as a friendship corner and what are you supposed to put in it? Just wondering what the dickens is going on round here, within 2 weeks hubby has had an email (via friendsreunited) from a friend who emigrated 20 years ago, another email from his best friend at primary school and a weird shopping trip where we bumped into 6 people who he went to school with and lost touch with over 15 years ago. And the best of all? He's invited them all to a bbq at our house, soooo what is it where is it and how quick can I move it before I get eaten out of house and home :eek:
