Used Home Textiles / Parcelking Delivery (WARNING)

  • HI all Respected Viewer , Tk Peters left me 2 positves for his deliveries which went perfect , I used parcelforce for 6 Months , if i would have to do what Mr Tk Peters is making up and not pay bills and run away then i would have done that long time back , as Parcels force does not not gives 6 Months Billing time , in between when Parcelforce raised there prices after 2007 , then we had to find another courier service to offer rates to our buyer. Till the time we were negotiating with Dhl for rates for 2 weeks we went on to use our Business Partners account with TNT and finally ended up in problems as Tnt came up with a Third part collection charge which my Business partner was not aware of. Some customers parcels had problems which were returned or delivered when i had to pay extra money to my Business partenr to get the parcels released , just my customers do not get affected .
    We are back now with Dhl now and please feel free to go to my feedback and read the latest Positive feedback , Everyone is more then happy with the service , and we are bound to be here for at least Upcoming Years !
    If you see the companies which Mr Tk Peter and some other people who are against me have recomended then you will see they incluse Balloon and gift and other ran away in a Month , so you can Not even trust there Recomendation with there eyes closed .
    The problem they have is becuase of which they are saying so much is that when there parcel got held up , they wanted me to give £200 or more then that in compensation , then when it got delivered , they even still wanted the money , I apologised and returned there postage paid and even offered free deliveries , But you see they wanted me to Give a Reason to there life so they can write all these Lies in this forum.
    I accept where i went wrong , and that was that Mr Tk Peters parcel was delayed for 2 days , and then Delivered which you can see on his post , I returned his money back and apologised , But what does he expect me to , Transfer my Mortgage over to his name for this mistake which was not even my fault???
    Now we have our own personal contract and all customers are happy , Except some people like Mr Tk Peters who even want me to PAY THEM TO USE MY SERVICE !
    PLEASE USE ME WITH FULL FAITH AND CONFIDENCE AND THEN YOU WILL DEFINATELY COME HERE AND SUPPORT ME , AGAINST THESE FRAUDSTERS , I DESERVE A CHANCE TO PROVE THE QUALITY AND PRICE OF MY SERVICE !

    Yes, I have left 2 x Positives in December for parcel that where delivered without any hassle

    The TNT Parcels where a week late being delivered & I have never asked for £200 compo, I only want the 5 x Parcel Payments refunding.

    NO REFUND FROM HOME-TEXTILES, AS PROMISED.

    The only Courier Co I recommend is CouriersDirect, after an excellent service from Mike

    I'm just stating how its looking from my own personal view, which backed up by other users of eBay & this site.

    As previously stated, the +ve feedback was for when you where using PF back in December & not causing me, my employee's & our customer's hassle when you had problems with TNT.

    I have never given Home-Textiles negative comments on eBay & this site prior to the problems with TNT.

    The object of the 'eBay Courier Reseller' thread is for other members to locate services such as you provide & is of no personal opinion with the exception of CouriersDirect as they're an official courier co



    Using the DHL@Home 24hr service IS costing you more than you charge when eBay/Paypal fee's are accounted for.


    I have had NO Refunds via Paypal from you!

    You are a Blackmailer and Liar , and also donnot have respect for other people , i have already spoken to my lawyer and we are taking you to court for loss of business , you may laugh at it now but down the road you will regret it , i am very serious , also the more you chat lies about me , the more you will have to pay the Legal way , i am quiet satisfied now with my performance on ebay , and now i will take Legal action against a Blackmailer like you , You have threatened me more then enough , I have had 3 emails from some other people who are quiet !!!!ed off by you , and if you dont stop i will tell them to take Legal action against you , anyways , I know that i Respect my customers and i have always strived to give them quality service and will do so in the future , you lies wont make any difference , to be honest my sales have went up , but you have been pin-pointed by a lot as well as me as a trouble maker and a liar , Regards , SHAFI

  • I have some sympathy for Mr. Home-Textiles.

    I started selling heavily during the time of TNT and was really happy with the service.
    TNT provided an EXCELLENT service - always got here on the right day and delivered all the items within 24 hours. I didnt send many items - Just about 8-10/day.

    Then I found myself in the middle of a dilemma when i got the email from Mr Home-Textiles stating that some parcels were blocked because of a problem he had with his account. The parcels I had sent that very day were of quite a high value and I immediately put in a paypal claim for a refund. I was even ready to take legal action to recover my costs for the items and even had a sleepness night.
    Luckily, the next day, having tracked my items - I found that they had all been delivered without any problems.

    Then Home-Textiles shut down for two weeks...

    I was forced to use MHcouriersdirect. I have never been put through such bad service. I put through bookings, but were never made. I called their 0871 number..and was met with the engaged time several times before finally getting through and then being told that the items would be put through tomorrow even though I had wasted my whole day, waiting at home for a courier that wasn't even booked in to come. I cannot explain to you how frustrating this was. Not because it happened just once - that would be understandable because mistakes happen. But it happened 3 consecutive times all in one week illustrating the fact that MHCouriersDirect either can't cope with the demand or have a very bad system in place.

    When I got the email from Home-Textiles, that they are back...I couldn't have been happier. Although to be honest, I was a bit wary. Then i read some feedback from people that had recently had their parcels collected/delivered. So I chose to use him.
    I couldn't be happier. He provides a great service and DOES reply to emails unlike MHCouriersDirect who reply after 3 days.

    Mistakes do happen. Im sure Mr Home-Textiles didn't mean for his account to get cancelled and he is back so I think it proves he didn't mean to take anyones money or scam anyone. I think everyone deserves a second chance, and Im giving him one.

    I hope this is a useful bit of info for anyone wondering what courier reseller to use.

    Just one thing. Mr TKPeters, I dont mean to have a dig but I hate when you assume that Mr Home-Textiles is running at a loss. Maybe he has a better deal. I don't know for sure to be honest, but I DO KNOW...he is £1 cheaper (so Im not complaining) and I also highly doubt he is stupid enough to be running at a loss.

    My apologies for the rant...but thanks for reading.
