Used Home Textiles / Parcelking Delivery (WARNING)

Ive put this in a new thread so hopefully more people will see it, Home Textiles & Parcelking are the same seller.
Ive had 4 parcels collected today via Home Textiles and then i get this email
"if you parcel has not been collcted and tnt comes DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM!!!!

this is home-textiles
TNT has blocked our account,we are taking this mater futher up with them and will be reporting tnt and take them to court
they are really blackmailing they have held all the parcels at the depot.
they have told us that they are holding all the parcels at the depot that have been collcted today adn possibily yesterday most of yestedays have been delivered
Please collect your parcel from the depot if it has been collected and not delivered and please take the TNT reciept with you as proof so they can give the parcel to you
Please do not ring TNT as they will say they can't talk to you only the person who's account it is BUT if you go to the depot and take your reciept and explain to them a friend booked the parcel and show the reciept they will return your parcel
We are sorry for this misshappen we did not expect it and are trying to sort everything out we will refund you your money for the collection and offer better collections service in the future when we will be up and running in a few working days
We really apoligise and ask you to collect your parcel asap if it has been stopped at the depot so you can get your parcel back asap
They will not give you your parcel but please argue with them and take your parcels off them and tell them that these are your parcels booked under some one else and it is not your fault would they just return the parcel back
If you do ring the depot they will say they can't help and need to speak to the account holder but please explain to them the account holder is a friend and they will give your parcel back.

My parcels have just been returned by TNT, i now got this email
"Hi there if your parcels were picked up yesterday they will be delivered
today, we have stopped using TNT for the moment, we are
encountering too many problems with TNT and will be back with parcelforce
hopefully in a few days
All parcels collected yesterday are out for delivery today, if not they will
be returned to you please do not worry in either case we will sort out the
parcels for you as we are here to help and we were not given any prior notice
by tnt about their service.They will deliver the parcels or return them to

Just received refund from Hometextiles, says he is going back to parcelforce.0

According to Home-Textiles;
His Friend has the TNT account & the price was £4.00 per parcel & they've received the bill & they're being charged £12.00 per parcel; Total Invoice £47,0000 -
oh dear.bit of a nightmare on that,however surely not the 1st nvoice they had so i wonder what made the change?0

When i rang up TNT last night to see if i could pay for the parcels to be forwared they quoted £56 each they were only vacumn cleaners weighing 8kg !!0

Just found out today that our parcels are also being held by TNT & we are constantly being told by them to contact the account holder.
I've even offered to pay them directly for the delivery but they won't have it, as all the parcels are being held for security reasons, which sounds more like until the invoice has been paid.

luckily they delivered mine back to me and the depot is only 12 miles away anyway so i would have gone there if they would not send them back , if your's is close i would go to them with your recepts from the driver and proof of your address like driving licence and demand them back as they are your property.
I just told them a friend had booked them through there work, hometextiles TNT account name is "phoneclub"0
