    I'm wasn't including listings fee's as the Final Value Fee's & Paypal's % make it impossible when using DHL@Home

Classifieds Ads on Local Services are Free
He is using a 3 day listing with Bold, Highlight & Featured Plus

    Insertion fee: £1.652173
    Gallery fee: £0.130435
    Bold: £0.652174
    Highlight: £2.173913
    Featured Plus!: £8.652173
    Total: £13.260868 (exc VAT)

Final Value Fee of £0.48 per item sold
    Paypal Merchant 2.9% + 20p : £0.38

    Total: £13.26/500 + 86p = 89p
Even if he sold all 500 collections per listing this would cost 3p each, any less & that price goes up

    DHL@Home 24: £5.64 + 89p = £6.53
Charging £6.49 is losing him 4pence for every one sold

eBay respond on a Weekend? You must be joking!

    Today's response
    Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about the email that you
have received from the seller "home-textiles". I understand how such
emails can disrupt your normal activity on eBay and I'm sorry to hear
that this situation has caused much inconvenience on your part.

I would like you to know that we don't tolerate such activity in our
community. Therefore, we'll investigate your report as soon as possible,
usually within 24 hours. If necessary we'll take appropriate action
against this member (e.g. a warning or suspension) to ensure eBay
remains a safe and reputable place to buy and sell. However, as it's
important that eBay maintains member privacy, we can't share details of
    the action we take.

Please remember that as a respected PowerSeller on eBay.co.uk you have
access to a dedicated PowerSeller Support team that offers you fast
priority email support and telephone support.

Must be something to do with comments on his feedback, that a customer was '
Allegedly' selling broken items & claiming off him for the damage

  • Shocking stuff!

I was using this guy and then a collection was failed (then presumably TNT booted his account..)

Got the email messages too and booked a parcel in for collection today.. and it was collected just fine..

Sounds like a dodgy character indeed though.. I had seen the bad feedback for fake GHD's, but when I had that failed collection he was polite, and did refund me promptly..

You will get your parcel collected by DHL (till the invoice is overdue).
If you parcel gets damaged, you will not be able to claim & most of the bad feedback is for failed deliveries.
