One of our parcels was finally delivered today to a important Business Customer this afternoon, 6 Days late.

Looks like Home-Textiles / ParcelKing & his nameless 'Business Partner' have sorted their issues with TNT
  • I received my parcels yesterday, home textiles apologised and even got my money back,so it's a free delivery wahoo.

i think Home textile deserve a bit of credit, any business can go into a bit of trouble but most important is to sort them out in professional manner which i believe they did.
i would definitely use them again

Lucky you, to get a refund!
Although something looks odd here: RAG time / home TEXTILES & you live in Glasgow????

I would definitely use them again, I don't know how unless they start again on eBay, as the old ID currently has 34 Negs & 33 Neutrals

After having to compensate a very good customer after his parcel was delayed for over a week & a torrent of abuse via email from W. Shafi, I submitted 5 x INR disputes with Paypal (The last few parcels booked with him, which got held up).

Tonight he has responded with Tracking numbers which are completely unrelated to us & the collection depots are all over the place (None of them near us).

Does he really expect me & Paypal to accept he is is not liable?

    Subject: YOU IDIOT LOL

I Send out a simmular amount of parcels a week and after the hassel we have had over the last couple of month payperdrop, ballonsandgifts ect. I decided to open a account with DHL I think I got a good deal £5.10+vat per parcel but they must be collected from my home address or the charge goes up to £7.10+vat for other location collections

Nothing, TNT where 'Allegedly' Blackmailing him to pay the bill, by holding the parcels.
I just want a refund for the 5 parcels that got held up, as I've refunded all our customers & compensated a customer a further £50 for loss of business (The parcel was a replacement Antennae that was damaged by the winds).

I Send out a similar amount of parcels a week and after the hassle we have had over the last couple of month payperdrop, ballonsandgifts ect. I decided to open a account with DHL I think I got a good deal £5.10+vat per parcel but they must be collected from my home address or the charge goes up to £7.10+vat for other location collections

Must go on quantity as our local DHL Manager has said we can expect a charge of £3.84 + VAT for DHL 48 for xxx monthly quantity.
£5.99 inc VAT isn't really much of a saving, as Deal5-Direct are offering 10 x collections for £55.00 with DHL 48
  • This is the same company that sold 30 GHD fakes on ebay. The first we got to know they were fakes was when GHD wrote back (after they had gone wrong) and said they couldn't be repaired as they were fakes.

needless to say home textiles did not refund the money and his account on ebay has been closed down.

Looks like it could be Home-Textiles selling them as there is a few references to Fake GHD's on his feedback.

Shame they haven't closed him down , as Home-Textiles is back selling on eBay & now using DHL
His 35 Negs & 35 Neutrals make interesting reading.

How dare he leave Neg's for Buyers who got caught out because of his bad business model
