I have already given my 30 days notice - will I be able to convert to PAYG during the last few days of this?
yes... in theory. as long as they don't screw it up...0 -
Not offering as good as last year, I have 2 contracts to haggle over and the best they can do is -
£20 same tarriff, k770i
£22 same tarriff w910i 18mth. 12 mth £25
Tarriff being 500mins and 100 texts usually £30pm
Looks like i am going to have to sell the handsets on so does anyone know which handset to go for from 3 from their rangeMy Shop Is Your Shop0 -
Been with three for 2 contracts now. Last contract they ended up matching a cashback deal w/new phone. This time talking to them on the phone they offered 250mins/50 texts for £15/month with some low end nokias.
I have converted my sim to pay as you go as of the end of the contract and now awaiting calls from three to offer a better deal. Dont use it nearly as much (thanks to VOIP through the n80) so a cheap contract would be good.0 -
Hi,
I phoned up 3 today and they offered me Mix & Match 500 minutes for £18.00. This is the same tariff avaibale on 3 website.
Are they another network tariff available which offer say around 400 minutes for about £15-20 a month?
What fo you think of the above 3 offer?
Thanks

Today I was offered 300mins & 350 txts for £25 a month on a 12 month contract. I didn't think it was that great tbh! I stated I am wanting an N95 next time around and I was told it'd cost me £50, or if I wanted the N95 8Gb £100.
I declined!0 -
Ok, well I rang up yesterday to tell them I wanted to cancel and well I got a call back today offering me a new price and a pretty good offer, to be honest
I tried mentioning the 6288 for £5 and the N95 for £10 but they weren't having any of it and they mentioned that it was filled like a quota...
Anyway I got offered £10pm for Mix and Match 300 but I got the latest K850i which shouldn't be too bad. As it's for my brother I'm sure he'd appreciate the new phone, however personally I would sell it on to have the contract free for a year
They would only offer me the K770i at this price
Previously I was on a 12 month contract for VTT700 (£35pm!!!) - so all in all not a bad upgrade/retention deal.
Cheers, Ian
PS. It would be interesting to find out what offers people have been offered and what contract they are currently on (cost, name of tariff and length of contract)Student Moneysaving Expert :beer:0 -
I was offered this as posted yesterday. I have been offered £150.00 instant credit (due to the falling of PBD) I am thinking about getting the first offer of the 6500 slide @ £25.00, selling the phone and getting a k800i. This way I will recoup some more of the lost cashback.

Last week I was offered 75 mins/250 texts if I recall correctly, no phone for £15 per month. This week I was offered 100 mins/1000 texts for £20 per month (no phone) - needless to say, I requested my PAC and await a better deal. Apparently the £5 offer is no longer available as deals change all the time - a month to find out!

well got a further discount of £3.00 per month from April making my line rental £22.00. I have took this deal up as it breaksdown that I get
12 months contract
new handset nokia 6500 slide (will ebay)
300 xnet mins
150 text
25 mms
25 video mins
£5.00 downloads
Line rental
2 months @ £25.00
10 months @ £22.00
total £270.00 less the £150 credit (PBD) making my monthly line rental only £10.
I am quite happy with that.0
