How did you manage to get that? On upgrade i've been offered mix and match 300 with internet for £10 with a sony ericsson c903. What do u guys think about this deal?

I just upgraded to the N97 for £166 on an 18 month contract.......AND kept my £5 per month loyalty contract - 300 xnet mins, 150 texts, £5 downloads. With internet add in works out around £19 per month over 18 months with the N97!

with that glitch a 6.75 discount could be applied to any monthly plan
some even got 1gb mobile internet for 59p per month
and 75 mins + unlimited text for £3 per month

First off this is a retentions thread. I have read this thread, first off it was using a code that was for a charity (which has been suspended due to abuse) or one for NHS customers, It also involved using the glitch. I really didn't like the people mentioning OFCOM and threatening them.

I don't like 3 and have had problems with them, but I really hope they don't get what they are after. I'm all for money saving but you should also have morals.

Now to the 3 bashing I got a call today from a british call centre, I get a £8 loyalty discount which they said I wouldn't be able to get anymore which is untrue. When I said I wasn't willing to pay full price he just hung up. I am sick of all the flat out lies from 3.

Here's what I got after several fairly long calls:

£20 Texter with Internet Max (200 minutes and unlimited texts, 1GB Data) and a Nokia n97. This is £20 a month for 18 months (I've been given a £5 loyalty discount). The phone cost £147 upfront.
I'm pretty pleased with this as I got an n95 8gb free last time on M & M 300 which I've recycled for £120 and sold the box and contents for a further £12.
There doesn't seem to be quite as much room for negotiation as there has been in previous years.

They think the nokia n97 is £147 more than the nokia 6700, which is available free on the £20 internet texter. So they have let you have the n97 on that plan but i don't see where you have got a £5pm or any discount?

I've tried switching my loyalty discount with no joy. I think I could have kept it going from M&M 500 to M&M300, but couldn't move it to £20 Texter. Though maybe they would after you cancelled.
