I used to be with them until february last last year. I was so happy to leave I danced a jig. Joined Sky and havn't looked back. Service used to be brilliant once upon a time but even though I jumped ship before Tiscali took over service had deteriorated to appalling levels even then.

Well,my O2 was connected today,and what brilliant service,all for £7:50 a month,and boy is it fast,twice as fast as I got with Pipex,highly reccommended!!Now I am a happy broadband surfer again.:rotfl:

honestly l worked it out £28.66 overcharge of £6.50
l called them up and they asked am l only asking about this month, the women on the phone said for some reason l have been charged twice for broadband and they would look into it, got me thinking l have looked back to 18-06-06 (l am too mad to look back anymore just now) and they have overcharged me on every bill £6.50 :mad: rant over but it really does pay to look at the summary of charges :eek:
