Its retaliation feedback and I HATE it lol Its happened to me b4 and I now qoute in all my new sales at the bottom of the page that my one negative is retaliation and that Id rather have a hundred retaliation negatives than have another person ripped off by this seller !
Im a pesimist I think this guy got a better offer so returned your cash !! just my personal opinion though :P0

I've now received negative feedback of "The vehicle was stolen no need for bad feedback thanks for being understanding!!"
I'd asked him to get his story straight. I'd also follow up to his neg he left you and say what he told you, that a scrap man had taken it.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0

That's what I think!I'd asked him to get his story straight. I'd also follow up to his neg he left you and say what he told you, that a scrap man had taken it.
I don't particularly want to contact him. After negging him and reading the opinions on here I don't feel any resentment about it and will probably just forget about it now! I think!?I'd also follow up to his neg he left you and say what he told you, that a scrap man had taken it
 How do I do this?
I probably won't be back for at least a day maybe Moday morning.

Happened to me as well when a seller was rubbish. I was his first neg and he left me one in retaliation. I care not a jot as the rest of your profile will make it clear that you are open and honest in leaving feedback.0

It is a sad fact that you can be left neg feedback for the most ridiculous of reasons as well as in retaliatory situations. I have 2 accs, the second one was set up to sell/buy items my family cant pry into!. I have over 800 feedback on my main acc(with 3 negs) and 150 on my second one(no negs, partly because I have not left anyone else a neg). If I am unhappy and get nowhere with the seller, I dont leave any feedback and as time goes on it bothers me less and I get satisfaction from thinking the other party dont know what I am up to or if I will leave bad, good,or no feedback! If you have not built up a lot of feedback I would start again.Money is only of any use if you can spend it!:cool:0

Seller has sold it to someone else!
The item has been sold for more money. I'm confused here is the listing
He seems to have sold it the same day. I didn't realise until seeing that feedback was left for the item on the 25 th of January. The bar steward. What can I do about this.
I feel angry about this at the moment and am contemplating driving to find the *@^%$£.
Anyway, What do you suggest doing about it?
 Thanks

I'd definitely do a reply to his feedback as the other neg person has and tell people to look at his feedback and note the one above yours is for the same 'stolen' item.
I'd report it to Ebay too if you can.
 What a conman.0

Also, he didn't just sell it on the same day, he sold it less than an hour after the first sale ended unless i'm getting it wrong.0

            I'm confused now.
Just read back over the thread and some posters mentioned earlier that he had resold but then others said he hadn't.
The feedback seems to prove he did but Ebay confuses the hell out of me half of the time. 0 0
