Morning all
Off to work soon, I had words with the lodger, she has most of my glasses & mugs in her bedroom, I asked her to bring them downstairs, boy what a sulk she threw, she said 'I'll do it later' so I said 'NO you'll do it NOW' lol. She even has 3 of my mum's cut glass wine glasses up ther as she's used all the pint glasses.
Lets hope we have a better day at work & that everyone has decided to act their age & that no one else has anything serious wrong.

Morning all!

Our house is filled with the smell of freshly cooked bread as after spending ages on here and discussing it with friends decided to get the breadmaker out again! Yummy! Not sure if it will be good for the diet though asw I just want to cover it in butter!! (I must resist!)

Will finish off washing, do packed lunches, school run, prep for coq au vin in the slow cooker for tea and then go to work. My short day today so should be ok. Also just got my Christmas Day M & S sale order delivered and I'm taking loads back so that ill be over £20 back in he account (I bought stuff in store when my order was all going wrong!).

Good Morning All

Chilly here but no frost.

Am off to the hairdressers today so that will be relaxing, have a 10% off card as well.

Other than that nothing much planned - just ensuring the paperwork is uptd & ironing. I love my new steam generator iron and definately get through the pile much quicker.

So not much os going on today. No idea what is for dinner either - cant wait to get back to meal planning after the holiday -it makes so much difference.

house of poorly here......dd1 still on anti b's for chest infection,ive had a mad throat for days but last night only got about an hours broken sleep and horrendously pulled some muscles in my stomach and dh woke in the middle of the night with pounding head,feeling sick etc....sounds like it might be a migraine the way he described it.will have to ring docs for him when they open.
got all my clicks and competitions done whilst i was awake in the night!!
tea is going to be a stir fry with veg that needs using,left over lamb and some ginger that needs using.
have just posted a really stupid question about doughballs......i expect the answer is soooo simple that everyone is laughing but i need to know and dont want to get it wrong.
me and the girls just had a pain au chocolat for breakfast and now they are watching flushed away again whilst im on here!

Just a quick hello before the school run. Going out straight after the school run for the rest of the day, got some shopping to do.
breakfast is porridge and dinner tonight will be baked potatoes, peas, sweetcorn and topped with cheese. DS1's favourite!

Morning everyone
didn't have a good day yesterday had bad stomach pains so had to call my gp out and I'm having another bout of diverticulitis so I am now back on antibiotics
it's very cold out today but I have to go to the shops as we have no milk and I need flour for bread I would send ds1 but he doesn't know one bag of flour from another
and apart from that I'm not doing anything else

cold here in Essex this am
It is Oh birthday today so will try to get him up early so we can go out for coffee he is on nights
WM,TD and DW all on need to pop to the office then Asda and then home for a quick hoover round

Morning everyone

I have woken up feeling rather poorly. Think I've got what dh had last week. DD wasn't looking that bright either when I put her to bed but shes slept all night so we will see in about 15mins when I have to wake her.

I really need to go to work as there is abit of a crisis going on and I'm not going to be very popular with the boss if I phone in. On top of that I'm suppose to be supervising a student project which I didnt find out about until yesterday. Its suppose to be for his finals if you ask me hes left it abit late.

DW on, nursery bag ready and clothes are all out so hopefully it should be an easy morning with regards to getting out of the door. Tea will be Gammon and Eggs so just need to do later and if I'm tired DH is capable.
