  • I sneak the odd decent bottle of plonk in from the wine shop and boy do i enjoy it (all the time pretending it aint a patch on yours darling

    that is so funny .
I cant bring myself to buy cheap eggs/chicken or meat. I gave my OH the choice of less meat or cheaper meat and he said quite rightly less meat.
    Happy days

I can't bring myself to not flush the loo (to water save) if its yellow (iyswim). It must be flushed after use.

    Snap.

Except my husband refuses to flush the loo if he's only had a number 1, and I find it absolutely disgusting, so I nag and nag and nag and when he refuses because 'it was only a tiny one' I flush it anyway.

Can't bring myself to buy any eggs or chicken other than free range. If I'm too skint for free range I'll just go without and eat something else.
  • BUT I CANT AND WONT DRINK MY HUSBANDS HOMEMADE WINE

There are plenty of other things people won't do in this thread :) I'll add this thread to that one later.

I cannot and will not eat any sorts of offal (except in pate)... The thought of it turns my stomach - would definately rather go veggie than eat the stuff!

My children don't like offal, but wolf down my HM faggots - they ask if it's pork and I say yes :D

I can't bring myself to use the phrase "number 1" when I mean having a wee :rotfl:

  • Why do my posts keep vanishing? I posted earlier between Frugal and Shysarah and the post has gone. Did I do something wrong? It would be nice to know so I don't do it again!
    So, there are these boys,
    They kinda stole my heart,
    They call me Mummy

I've searched again, and there's no post. If you're still concerned, you can contact the team - their e-mail is in my sig.

  • It's ok, I just wanted to make sure I hadn't done anything wrong and get banished forever while everyone laughed and pointed... OK so that may be a little melodramatic but I like it here!

I use Dettol Spray and a couple of sheets of kitchen roll - cheaper than wipes :)
