Hi again Viktory,
As I have stated previously this knid of issue will always raise discussion in all areas, I won't say sides as there are comments I appreciate from lots of people here.
I'm sorry you feel that this is some sort of crusade for MOT as really it isn't. Personally speaking I feel for anyone in her situation, irrespective of the reasons for their predicament, particularly when they have children and wish I had the capabilities and guts to do more.
I hope your new thread DOES raise valid discussion about the plight of MOT and others in her situation as god knows we ALL need to raise awareness of the need for a better system.
Thank you for your passion, but please remember it has never been just about MOT on here, the advice I'm certain that has been posted from many will have helped others too.
Many thanks

Oh, please don’t let this thread go down the road of squabbling amongst members!
This is MOT’s thread, & we’re trying to get it as much attention as possible. I for one don’t want there to be a risk of people being put off reading it & dealing with the central issue (helping MOT to find somewhere else for her & the twins for Monday) by tit-for-tat posts. We can't all agree all the time, & I get the feeling that misunderstandings are causing some posts to be mis-read & bad feeling created, so please can some of us take a deep breath & a step back before jumping at perceived slights. Thank you.

Hi Blue Monkey,
I think, (although I might be wrong), that ampersands was referring to MOT offering you support, and the fact that although she has her own worries MOT is able to advise others too. Sorry if I'm wrong but I think this is what it was saying.
You have been very supportive of MOT and the fact that you nominated her for Post of the Month shows this.
I don't think for one min ampersands was doubting this, sorry again if I'm speaking out of turn.

that was my interpretation as well. I understood that you were actually being thanked, in a roundabout way, for acknowledging that MOT was not so wrapped in her own problems that she couldn't help others in need.
I know I'm pretty new on here, but can you please show me that you are still the lovely, friendly, supportive people I've taken to my heart in the last few weeks. I think you are all wonderful. Please keep up the good work.:ADMP mutual support thread No: 433 - Mortgage - £54,556, Credit cards - £4012, Unsecured loan - £3,376, Other - £419

Hear, hear! Our main aim should be to help and support MOT and to gather others on board, not put people off.0 -

You really are a most unpleasant person.
Enough from me on here. I certainly don't want to hijack the thread or turn it into a slanging match. The majority of you have been polite and well mannered and again for that I thank you.
Good luck with the 'campaign'0 -
Hi wherediditallgo,
