  • Ladylove2uk, I have just read your post , this is awful for you.I think you might get more advice and more people will see your post if you use it to start a separate thread.Im glad you came here to post though as lots of people here have been supportive and helpful to MOT I just dont want you to miss out on help and advice because someone who can help doesnt read MOTs thread.Maybe someone here knows how to move a post and turn it into a thread, dont worry the people who have read your post here will follow it on the board as a thread.I cant offer any advice except maybe you have a case that you can claim from him renumeration for all the years you gave up on having a career to care for him.You probably need specialist help from a solicitor.

So sorry to hear of your problems Ladylove. It's a really unusual situation and I think you need some proper legal advice.Have you already got a solicitor?...if not even if you are not entitled to legal aid you should be able to get one for a free half an hour session. Another place that may be able to help is the CAB.Condolences to your family for the loss of your MIL

    Hi Lady2loveuk,

I have to agree with the others and say that you really must contact a solicitor for some good sound professional advice on this as it is such a big issue and they would be able to help - sorry I can't offer more advice and I do hope that things get sorted soon for you xx

Have spent morning doing more unpacking and sorting, and have found things I had forgotten I had!

Papers come out again tomorrow and Thursday so more scouring through to see what I can find in the way if private rentals. More ironing to do again and washing machine still hasn't stopped:eek: . Twins at football after school so MORE washing! At least Ukelele class on Thursday is clean:rolleyes: .

HAve redirected mail and taking twins to join local library after school - although slightly concerned as think we need proof of ID and/or residence don't we? I don't have proof of residence:confused:

    Hi MOT.

Give the library a ring and ask what they need. They may not need proof of residence.

If you are still in Hertfordshire you could use your old library tickets, they will be valid for any library in Hertfordshire.

Minor detail if you explain, mot - you're not on trial. You're doing an ordinary, simple, normal thing.

    GOOD! - I see you're still on.
Will you pop over there now? - any few words will be fine.
