    Hi Littlekelly

Sorry I can't help. I waited the standard 8 weeks for my money. Couldn't face the stress of the court route  . Well done for doing it though, at least you are likely to be awarded the interest too.

I'm sure there will be someone along soon that can help you though. :)

    Hi Lou

My 8 weeks is up 31st July so I am going to ring on 24th and then follow up with an email like last time and hope that it brings me an offer letter! It's my son's 13th birthday on 31st August so I really need the money in plenty of time for that so he can have the party that he wants _party_ !

Are you staying up tonite to check? I shall probably be up quite late tonight, my son has his mate for a sleepover so they won't be going to bed very early!!

I'll check in later, see if you are around.

    Sam x

    HI Sam

What sort of party and presents is he after? not long for you now then lets hope like last time they can confirm an offer is on its way to you when you phone/email. fingers crossed:T

Just out of interest when did you start your claim and how much are you claiming?
  • can anyone help me got a general form of judgement or order through the post this morning says....upon the courts own motion.the court has made this order of its own intiative without a hearing.if you object to this order, you must make an application to have it set aside, varied or stayed within 7 days of recieving it. it is ordered that unless the claimant by august 15th files at court AND SERVES ON THE DEFENDANT futher written particulars of the claim specifying the name, account number and sorting code of the account referred to,and a list of all the charges complained of showing the date and amount of each one and the stated reason for it,the claim shall stand struck out without futher order...... what does this mean?anyone got an idea?

    Hi ya littlekelly

Im not sure either:o if you can t get an answer on here i would phone the court on monday and ask them, reading about others that have gone the court route they have mentioned that the courts are really helpful so i would definately ring them, then you are clear in your own mind exactly what is happening.

    Hope this helps a bit:rolleyes:

Also from what i can understand they are saying if the bank cant give all those detail s with breakdown of charges then it will be struck out and you ve won. Thats how i read it, but i ve got no experience whatsoeverwith the court side, so its just my opinion, as i said ring .

Good luck keep us all posted

    Hi Lou

No washing machine yet.I emailed you last nite, did you get it? I think he wants a disco for his birthday! Not sure about a present, I think he'd like money towards a new scrambler bike  His Dad bought him one to start with, nothing to do with me!!

I hope my next claim takes the same route as this one has. Although I had a 90% pay out this time and I'm not expecting that next time. If I can get 80% i'll be happy to be honest, although anymore than that will be an absolute bonus :j . After I pay my overdraft off that will give me £1200 that will be very handy for birthdays coming up and christmas! My other half is 40 in november so I am trying to arrange a weekend away. Perhaps we should come to Brighton!! Is there alot to do there?x
  • hi everyone lol,am claiming 2100 without interest 2500 with although since then they charged me another 250.think when i did my mcol i just put reclaiming bank charges rather than my particulars of claim i think and thats why they are asking me but il ring up monday to ask just in case. still so confusing though, think im goin mad, started this in march lol....thanks x
  • Lots in Brighton to do and see, depends what you want to do really. would be lovely to meet up one day.
