    That's correct. The reason being that Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan (Option 3 in old money)
    BT Together Option 1 = The Unlimited Weekend Plan;
    BT Together Option 2 = The Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan;
    BT Together Option 3 = The Unlimited Anytime Plan.
    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

    Is there another hidden price rise in the new "Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan" ?

    No.

    The 'Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan' still includes the 100 free text messages..

    If the new prices are coming in April 1st and they claim they give you 30 days notice, does anyone know why haven't I had anything from them yet ...?

    Still waiting to here if anyone knows if this is grounds to cancel without penalty.

    Many thanks

    bt.com states that customers are being advised this month, and I doubt ( but I may be wrong), the fact that there is a price change in the customers favour can be seen as breach of contract if you are not informed exactly 30 days beforehand.

    As a result of the price changes I have just moved to option 3.

    After a few days I thought I would check my billing online a make sure everthing is o.k. The good news is a can't see any erroneous call records. The bad news is I cant see any call records for after I changed. I have not made any call which would be charged for yet but was still expecting to see a log of all the other calls made with 0.00 as cost.

    Do I have a problem or is this BT's standard way? If it's the later I am not impressed as it means I no longer have any record of what calls I have been making.

    Sadly this is BT's standard way. You'll see no lists of calls made that are inclusive on Option 3 - i.e. any 01/02/03 call under 60 minutes in duration. Do you use the free texts on this Option? If so do they show up on your Recent Calls list and, if so, are they shown as chargable or 0.00 cost? Mine show up as the former but BT assure me that's normal. Having spoken to someone else though, they show up as 0.00 cost for them so a bit confused.
