Think you'll find it is a problem with the survey. There was a similar problem about a week ago.

I assume you can actually log in to the mysurvey website OK.

Yeah i can log into MS perfectly fine

Have barely been able to complete one survey since the merger - it's a laugh (well it's not actually as some chuck me out when I've spent about 10 mins on them). Getting very fed up with the whole thing. Bring back Lightspeed - at least I was actually able to complete surveys and get some payment.

Has anyone else had a problem with Survey B26343? I had problems trying to enter, sent a query, and had a response from 'Emma' this afternoon to say that if this happened to the majority of the panellists, then they would most likely send out another invitation to the survey.

Over the last couple of weeks I'm constantly getting this message whenever I try to do one of their surveys or go to the MySurvey site. Has anyone else been having the error page lately?

"We're sorry - an error has occurred. Please contact us if the error continues.

Thank you for your understanding and patience."

i had a survey that kept asking for a username and password.
I also had one where the survey froze so i restarted and it said you are only allwed to enter it once, I hadn't even started the survey.
I also completed a survey for tns.com it was a experimental survey on mysurvey but still not been credited the points, i have emailed several times but been told they should be credited within 28 days.

I rarely get to take part in any surveys anyway (I am never in the required criterea) but the sheer volume or error messages has really put me off. I used to try each survey, get to do about 1 in 10 but now I just don't bother. Don't think I've taken part in a Mysurvey survey yet this year because I can't be bothered to try!

Is anyone currently waiting for payouts from MySurvey?

I redeemed points for a £15 Paypal on 11 January and am still waiting. Usually these payments come through within a couple of days.

I'm finding that the Paypal payments are taking over a week now, but get there in the end.
