Still waiting for Paypal payment requested on the 13th, sent an email asking why the delay but as yet not received a reply.

Hi i started a text survey on friday and a mini survey, logged in no problem, on sunday it said the site was down for maintanence, I tried to log in yesterday and it now states my account is inactive, I have nearly £9 worth of points.

I have tried emailing but am getting no answer.

If I can remember, you have to have a Paypal account with same e-mail address as you use for the surveys.

I had the same problem with points being deducted and no order number being given. Contacted My Survey and received the following reply.

" Dear Panelist,

Thank you for your message.

Upon checking your account it appears that your order has been processed and should arrive at your PayPal account shortly or have already arrived.

Usually it takes approximately 2 weeks before your PayPal order is visible in your PayPal account. However, when we have many orders this can take a little longer.
If you have any other questions, please let me know."

How about having had your account made inactive, i was on £9 wort of points and currently doing a text survey worth £6.00 when my account has been deleted for no reason.

I had to wait nearly a week before I got a reply to my query so I would hope you will get a reply soon and get it sorted out and get the £9 owed to you. Certainly I am finding the PayPal payments are taking much longer now Lightspeed has joined My Survey.

Just received replies to my 2 queries from Perks.com (not MySurvey) saying that Paypal payments are a little delayed as they are backedup, so they may take 3-5 days longer.

I have received a payment from P'cone within a few days so can't really understand why it is taking so much longer from mySurvey if the problem is really with Perks. I'll wait and see what happens by the end of the week.

I am also waiting for £10 paypal payment, requested on 13th Jan. I had the same reply as you Jim when i emailed them, but waited over a week for the reply. Fingers crossed all will be well.
