    We too are still awaiting Nectar points from July, sent e-mails but received no replies. They are sending more surveys than ever now but have stopped completing them.

    I had to wait 3 months for £5 Garden Centre vouchers to arrive. Am still waiting for 780 points to be added to my account for completing a short diary. Emailed several times with no reply.

    Also, receiving more surveys than previously but not completing until points are added.

    I received my Nectar points last week that were ordered at most a couple of weeks ago.

    I have just noticed that Lightspeed surveys are soon going to be renamed to My Survey!!!!

    Just seen your post; I had the same problem and eventually got this reply from MySurvey on 17 November (but nothing since, so chased again recently):

    Dear Panelist,

    Thank you for message.

    We have been experiencing an anomaly, due to which your point balance shows as a negative number. We are currently looking into that problem and will get back to you as soon as we have managed to resolve it. We will do our best to put the point balance back in order as soon as possible.

    We really appreciate your patience.

    It would seem they continue to have problems as I had to query points not received for a couple of surveys and received a reply where they said they were trying to resolve all issues.

    Suggest all you can do, is after giving them a reasonable time to sort out, just send another e-mail.

    I was also missing points when Ls and Mysurvey combined but Emma added those to my account really quickly.

    I have stopped doing their surveys the rewards a rubbish now. 30 minute surveys for 50 points, they still keep sending me emails but I just delete them. I seem to get more invites now than ever perhaps they have lost a lot of people.

    I'm not getting any survey emails now that Lightspeed have merged with MySurvey, I have to keep checking the website. So far as I have seen the rewards are more similar to Lightspeed than the old MySurvey who could be pretty stingy with the points and there are more surveys now than I was getting from them both separately so I'm happy with it so far. They are also very quick with Amazon vouchers, usually within a couple of hours, its about a week for Paypal payments.

  • I'm trying to do a survey but when i click on the link its asking me to log in, its powered by TNS.com but my mysurvey log on details dont work... any ideas?
