Did a survey on booze today. Took an hour and a half. Was meant to get 700 points - enough for an Amazon voucher - only got 5 points. Not very happy to put it mildly.

Did the same survey as you I think John. It took me over an hour (maybe I don't drink as much as you). I also only got 5 points. Maybe Mysurvey forgot the zeros? I just joined and can't believe they do this to people.

Wish I had never joined now.

Yes, I pointed this out a while ago. Measly...and haven't done any of their surveys since. I know they don't take as long as advertised, but even at half the time it is pathetic.

Know what you mean. You get a lot less points for surveys than you used too and they seem to take longer.

This seems to be becoming a common theme. A few people completed a survey about Dog Food back in June that was worth 500 points, and were only awarded 5 points. Best bet is to e-mail Emma at My Survey and complain about it. It may just be a glitch that they weren't aware of.

I did this survey as well does anyone know how long it will be before we get the 700 points added?

And what is there email address?

Has anyone noticed how bad the points have got with MySurvey? 60-70 points for 20-40 minute surveys is now commonplace.

Getting Nectar points is now a waste of money given they have opened a Lightspeed-style reward shop and you can get a £5 Amazon voucher for 700 points, 500 points would only get you 500 Nectar points or £2.50 worth! I got my electronic voucher within minutes as well.

Actually I have been considering redeeming some of my My Survey points for vouchers or goods and actually you are taken directly to the Lightspeed Panel site, so not Lightspeed style shop at all, but actually Lightspeed.
  • I haven't had any surveys on MySurvey for ages!!! Am I just unlucky??? I was a regular 'filler-in' but haven't had invites for yonks! Anyone else?

I have been filling in surveys for ages but recently when I complete them, sometimes 30mins, at the end I get the message 'timed out'. I sent an email to ask why this has suddenly started and have not yet had a reply.
Also I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but when you log on to your account on Nectar and look for 'my survey' points there is no section with the points showing now. This used to be on the list but no longer appears so you can check the points have been added.!

Marbella, not sure if you are aware of this but they stopped adding Nectar points automatically back in May.
You now have to redeem them yourself once you reach a minimum 500 points.

    HTH.

I redeemed mine months ago, how do they send you the points after you redeem, I have not had nectar voucher sent to me or any credited to my nectar account and Emma will not reply to my emails about this.
