Marbella, not sure if you are aware of this but they stopped adding Nectar points automatically back in May.
You now have to redeem them yourself once you reach a minimum 500 points.

    HTH.
I have redeemed them through My survey when I get to 500 points so that is ok, but the problem I seem to have is that I cannot see them appearing on the Nectar my account page when I log on to check how many points I have. The list used to have TNS added but it is no longer there, so you can't check to see the added points.

Last ones I had in March were ok but I don't redeem for Nectar points anymore.
    1,000 points = £5 worth nectar, 850 points = £5 worth vouchers (including Sainsburys), 700 points = £5 amazon
    or save up a bit
    3,000 points = £15 of nectar but £25 amazon, M&S etc.

We too are awaiting Nectar points applied for over 8 weeks ago. Have mailed them twice but as usual, no reply.

I'm not a part of their team or anything like that but maybe they have a backlog, 8 weeks ago was the beginning of summer and they may have had reduced/no staff to do jobs like mail out things. It may have then been combined with other groups- eg the groups who send them the vouchers, also being on holiday and having a backlog... Its not a good way to run a company but it could explain a delay in things arriving.

Just received this reply from My Survey about the Nectar points I have outstanding. It would seem that Nectar points are no longer an option as a reward.

    Dear Panelist,

Thank you for your email regarding your points transfer to Nectar. Due to technical problems with some transfers we are in the process of refunding the points. If you ordered a transfer to nectar in the last few months and see the debit on your MySurvey account but there has been no credit to Nectar then your order most likely did not go through and we will be refunding your points in due course.

    We apologise for the inconvenience.

    Kind regards,

I've been waiting for £5 Garden Centre vouchers for around 8 weeks. Also waiting for approximately 800 points for completing a week long diary, completed early August.

They seem very slow at the minute.

Yes I have also had the above e-mail, on reflection vouchers are better value so I don't think I will bother with nectar in the future from these surveys.
