    I don't get these surveys

I think it depends a bit on your profile, age, location, occupation etc. The surveys are often aimed at a certain group of people. I got these two but my mum didn't. last few weeks she has had quite a few other surveys from them while I didn't get any during that time.

Its rare I ever get them too- the one I just had (that took me so long to do) was the first in a few weeks if not a month. I guess I don't match their profile and assume that the more money you earn, the more products you can/could buy and the more they want to know about who you are.

I've been cheated out of points by MySurvey/TNS again. I spent 7 days completing a diary for which I should get 780 points. I emailed them saying they hadn't been credited two weeks after I finished, their response was either the diary or questionnaire was incomplete, even though I had completed both..

Oh dear, ive just started this!! ive never had problems with them before, and seriously hope i dont now, cuz after completing just today i realise itll be a lot of effort!!

and i really hope they dont phase out the nectar points too, much better than vouchers, just 1000 is a vue cinema ticket, much more fun!!

I have been doing them for a few years now, not really had any problems. I keep the email invite if I complete a survey till they award the points.
Only thing I have noticed lately is not quite as many points being offered for sometimes quite long surveys.
Having said that if you can spare the time to do them it is a great way to add to your nectar points.

Has anyone noticed how poor the points are getting? I got offered a survey for a maximum of120 points that would take 30 minutes....equivalent of £1.20 an hour....when you compare it to newvista £1 for 5 minutes it is getting really poor.

to be honest when i get a survey that pays poor rewards like that, i try and screen myself out and get the 10 (?) points for not qualifying.

I have redeemed a few times on this site and got my voucher within 24 hours the first time then 1 week the 2nd time. The 30 min survey took me 10 mins to do and was very boring.

  • So, Emma Morrison is real? I am still waiting to get a reply from her about missing vouchers that doesn't tell me my email heading is wrong. I've had this four times and each time I change it to what she says, she emails me to say it's wrong again.

I think they used to be ok but I emailed about points not credited for 2 Surveys I completed, 'Emma' has taken 3 weeks to reply and now given me 10 points for one and 5 points for the other one as a 'goodwill gesture':(
Just been deleting the surveys since then.

I'm having a nightmare getting some Nectar points from them, I ordered them through the 'new' shop on the 2nd June and they still haven't appeared. I logged a case with their Customer Services on the 24th June, checked today and it's been closed without anyone contacting me or any points arriving.

So I re-opened the case this afternoon, and it's already been closed again. So I've re-opened it for a 3rd time with a sarcastic comment. We'll wait and see what happens.
