I had 670 points awaiting conversion when the site changed name; they were finally "converted" on 10th Jan. but have not yet showed up in my Nectar account. It's definitely the right account number registered.
I've emailed MySurvey but not had a response - has anyone either successfully received points (and how long did it take?) or got an email response?

me too. have emailed every week since the site changed. that week long survey was a pain in the bum too!!! i'm owed 930 points in total
I have emailed them several times but have yet to receive a reply. I will not be doing any more surveys until they sort themselves out.
I also have emailed them several times over missing points(930) from the beginning of December. I got a reply to my first email saying they would look into it and get back to me at the beginning of January. I have emailed 4 times since without acknowledgement
Change for the better
I'll post if the points do finally show up, but I can't see it now.

You have always had to wait for the points to show in your account after completing a survey which can take up to 2 months.
The problem people are having is once they are in the account normally they get transfered into nectar points once a week but this isn't happening at the moment.
