MySurvey.com (MyTNS)

I had 670 points awaiting conversion when the site changed name; they were finally "converted" on 10th Jan. but have not yet showed up in my Nectar account. It's definitely the right account number registered.

I've emailed MySurvey but not had a response - has anyone either successfully received points (and how long did it take?) or got an email response?

    Hi, I had 410 points and on the website it says they are processing been like this for quite a few days now, and i emailed them when site changed to ask if it was genuine or not and never had a reply, maybe they just having a few glitches with new site, they were fine before they changed it.

  • I am wondering on what has happened to the conversion of disappeared points, 780 points for a week long survey on grooming has never appeared and when e mailed no response.....:confused:

    me too. have emailed every week since the site changed. that week long survey was a pain in the bum too!!! i'm owed 930 points in total

    I also have points showing as processing, which have been like this for over a week now, and no response to emails!

    Since they changed on to the new site I am showing a minus balance on my points. I have worked out what they have done. I did a survey in October which promised 250 points and was only awarded 60, so I emailed them and they came back to me saying the original email was a mistake but they gave me the extra 190 points anyway. Since the sight has changed they have taken the points back off me. I have emailed them twice over the last 2 weeks and have had no reply, not even an acknowledgment of receipt.

    I'm having problems too. My recent points aren't showing at all. They are still sending me surveys from MyTNS (several a week) and when I complete them it says I will receive TNS points but then redirects me to the MySurvey site where my points don't show:mad:

    I have emailed them several times but have yet to receive a reply. I will not be doing any more surveys until they sort themselves out.

    I also have emailed them several times over missing points(930) from the beginning of December. I got a reply to my first email saying they would look into it and get back to me at the beginning of January. I have emailed 4 times since without acknowledgement

    Thanks, everyone - doesn't sound good then! I do lots of surveys, so it doesn't really matter to lose one company, but have been saving up for something in Argos so it's a bit annoying.

    I'll post if the points do finally show up, but I can't see it now.

    You have always had to wait for the points to show in your account after completing a survey which can take up to 2 months.

    The problem people are having is once they are in the account normally they get transfered into nectar points once a week but this isn't happening at the moment.
