  • My missing points turned up to day in my Nectar account...some 4 weeks later.
The grooming points yet to appear and also some others since (sadly the odd survey I have kept doing)
At least points are still of the same standard/level after recent changes same cannot be said of CIAO!!

Getting quite a lot of surveys for them atm.. Although it's unclear when they will actually start calling their surveys as "uk.mysurvey" and when the new reward scheme kicks in.
  • I've just checked my account and after waiting for ages to get the reward points for the week long grooming survey over Christmas, they seem to have gone on (780 for survey, 180 for 'recontact' survey).

They seem to have gone on under the title 'Shampoo', if thats any help to anyone.

I am still loads of points missing I have had the re contact ones but not the original 780 for the My personal routine one. There are others going back to the start of the year. None of them are being transferred to my Nectar account inspite of my request to do so, I am fed up with emailing them and waiting ages for a reply only to get a nonsensical one. The last answer was ' the reason that my account was a minus figure was that my points were being transferred to Nectar' even though nothing has been transferred since the beginning of December.
  • All running smoothly here:cool:

ive earned 500 points since they changed the site and instead of opting to convert the points into nectar points, ive decided to go for a £5 amazon voucher

i ordered it online on 20/02/08 and although its only been a week ive sent them an email simply asking them how long it'll take to turn up and also if i can expect an electronic one via email or something in the post, ive had no response

does anyone else on here know the answer?
