Regards surveys for tns. Ive joined and got points, not sure how many, and it says about using a nectar card. Now i dont have 1 of these so how where can i get 1 from, and how do i transfer my points over , thanks.:beer:

nectar card is from sainsburys and it transfers the points straight over when you do surveys-well it did before the site changed.i think it still does unless you opt for other rewards.these days it's so confusing now that it doesn't list the points like it used to.

i've had all the points from my "personal routine" in december. they finally got added a month ago and finally transferred to nectar this week. but i've done a few surveys in the last week and my points balance is zero.
looks like its goodbye to pigsback and tns for me. i just cant be bothered with the hassle anymore. it was great when i needed the extra's but the stress just isnt worth a tenner every few months.

so ive emailed amazon and they're asking for the voucher code, seem to be going round in circles here

No Amazon voucher after 2 weeks for me as well. Emma Morrison doesn't bother to reply and now the transaction has disappeared off my transaction history but no points recredited.

I've tried to contact them again through the online form this time but I've a feeling I'll be ditching this bunch of !*&%$

I had 960 points that disappeared on the 28th March I assumed they were being converted to Nectar ponts but they have not appeared today the TNS site shows them as ordered. Not sure what is being ordered I usually have them converted to Nectar, well thats what used to happen regularly until they were taken over. Since then I have had nothing but trouble with them, they sometimes answer my emails after weeks (not always) but never address the problem that I query just waffle on about nothing.

I have had nothing but problems since the site changed. It was great before always accurate and points all correct, now I have 5 lots of missing survey points. They have gone downhill since the change from TNS to Mysurvey.

I've been having problems completing their surveys.
I keep getting quite a way through their surveys when a message comes up saying i don't qualify.
This has happen 3-4 times in the last couple of months.
Last week i had a survey for 390 points & i was 65% the way through when it said i didn't qualify & that i'd get 25 points. I wasn't impressed as at that point i'd already spent near on 20 mins doing the survey. I've emailed them complaining but i've had no reply. I think i will stop doing surveys for them.

They've sent me a £5 Amazon voucher today but I've re-signed up to the Nectar transfer as I've (slightly) more confidence this will work smoother.
