780 points showed up last week. It must have be one that you have to wait until the survey closes and all results were in.
I usually dont have any problems with them, and I like to see my nectar points mounting up. This is only April and already have 9850. Almost £50.
I find nectar a nice little earner, and dont trust e-vouchers they are to easily deleted.0 -
If any body is interested there is a site called Survey Police who monitor all the various sites.0

How can I sign up?0

I thought I'd give them another go and opted for another £5 Amazon voucher.
E-mailed to me in 3 days so my faith has been restored and I'll carry on with the surveys.0 -
I haven't had 3 sets of points, they tell me I didnt complete when I know I did. A terrible company.0

Well, they seem to be getting better - points credited quickly, though it does seem to take a while between them coming off MySurvey and going on to Nectar.
Mel.Though no-one can go back and make a brand-new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand-new ending.

Does anyone else have trouble trying to redeem amazon vouchers??
For some reason when i go to redeem your points, and then click on vouchers, it tells me 'No items are currently available in this category'. I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone help me???
Thanks in advance0 -
And also would someone please tell me how many points an amazon voucher is worth?
Many thanks0 -
I never had any problems receiving my points from TNS but since mysurvey took over I've spent what feels like my whole life completing '15 minute' surveys for zero reward.
They've also disabled the month by month account facility it seems and just provide you with a total conversion so you can't check which points are missing anyway.
Their response to my email enquiry was that they had no evidence of my taking part in the survey and that the only way it could be traced was if I could provide the survey ID number which I'd deleted from my emails upon completion.
Current feeling toward mysurvey - GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:0 -
I joined and have had my first survey but am still unable to log in. Whenever I try to log in all I get is this account is currently not active. I have emailed support but have no answer as to why."Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138
