Out of interest, I'm on the nectar scheme -and it doesn't mention how many amazon vouchers you earn for points. So how many points is it for a amazon voucher and of what value? It seems you have to sign off nectar to find out?

I'm having trouble logging into the TNS site. I get the emails for surveys to my email address yet when I try to log in using that email address it says my details don't match so then when I try to ask for a new password it says it doesn't recognise my email address, yet they are sending me surveys and I'm completing them.

I have asked them to sort this out at least twice now and I get no response. I got 50 points transferred to my nectar account in March but I have no idea how much that is or what my balance on TNS is at all.

I do complete a lot of surveys for them yet seem to get nothing back.

Is anyone else having this logging in issue?

Glad I'm not the only one, on TNS I get my details don't match, on MySurvey I get the not active account message.

Both myself and my dad get the same so Ive just emailed them. How do I opt for the amazon voouchers as opposed to nectar points?

Does 1 point on tns = 1 point on your nectar card?

    Site is http://uk.mysurvey.com/

    1 tns point = 1 nectar point.

    For amazon vouchers, 1000 points = £5.

Ive worked out what my problem is - just incase anyone else has the same problem.

The reason I couldnt see what vouchers I could redeem was because I had not entered my nectar card number. So even if you want to redeem amazon vouchers, you still need to enter a nectar number and then select the option if you dont want to auto-transfer the points to nectar.

Btw does anyone know if the amazon vouchers has an expiry date when you redeem them?

They will have an expiry date, but its normally at least a year.

(and I think if you redeem it in your amazon account it removes the expiry date, but you might want to check this)
