I did it via Nectar a few days ago and it took me to the new site. Just checked for you, and it still goes through to the sign-up form on the new website.
Thanks for letting me know. I tried either last week or the week before and it was going through to the old site, just signed up.

where on the nectar site i cant seem to find it
Go to Collect Points, then click At Home. TNS is at the bottom of the list.
  • I currently have 4000 ish points on my survey and I am trying to covert them into the amazon vouchers. however when I click on redeem points and click on vouchers it says No items currently available in this category.

Any idea why this is as I dont have a nectar card and would prefer amazon vouchers.

    Thanks

Hi Hamsterholly, I had the same problem and i think i posted the answer in this thread maybe a few pages back.

Took me ages to work out why I couldnt select amazon vouchers - and from what i remember - I updated my details and put in my nectar card number. Once i had done this, i was then able to redeem amazon vouchers. I dont know why it works like that but I was going mad trying to work out why I couldnt select amazon vouchers!

I noticed you dont have a nectar card so maybe you could try emailing them and ask how you are meant to redeem amazon vouchers without a nectar card.

    Hope that helps

how many points do you need to have to get an amazon voucher. I have always had mine automatically convertedto nectar, but just wondering if i am not getting the best deal by doing that

1000 points and you would get a £5 Amazon voucher

I've been cheated out of points by MySurvey/TNS again. I spent 7 days completing a diary for which I should get 780 points. I emailed them saying they hadn't been credited two weeks after I finished, their response was either the diary or questionnaire was incomplete, even though I had completed both.

I've also had points for about five long surveys go missing. Their response is that I mustn't have clicked the 'submit' button - like I'm that stupid. Funny how 25 points always gets credited but 400 points always goes missing.

  • I sent a query to my survey in regards to Nectar points. I received this in an email from them today.

"Thank you for your email. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, we
are in the process of phasing out our participation with Nectar."

I would advise if you want Nectar points and are able to convert the minimum of 500 to do it soon. She didn't say when it would be phased out for sure.
