are in the process of phasing out our participation with Nectar."
I would advise if you want Nectar points and are able to convert the minimum of 500 to do it soon. She didn't say when it would be phased out for sure.
Wonder what they will have instead.0 -

ah well, this was my major source of nectar points...but hey...whatever happens, I'll stay with TNS...they're pretty good, hope they come up with something good instead of the Nectar points....All these years since I left school and I've never once had to use Algebra0 -
I redeemed 2000 points for £10 Amazon e-voucher 8 weeks ago, but have never got it. I emailed them 3 times to query, they don't even bother to reply. Has anyone had the same problem?0

I have also have problems. I redeemed 3000 points for £15 amazon vouchers over 8 weeks ago but never received them.
I have emailed My Survey 5 times now and have just had unsatisfactory replies.
I first contacted them 5 weeks after I placed my order. The reply said vouchers take 4-6 weeks to be sent out and I should wait until after 6 weeks before contacting them.
I emailed again after 7 weeks. The reply said that the delay was "due to technical difficulties", but my NECTAR POINTS would be transferred the following week.
I mailed them again pointing out that I had ordered amazon vouchers not nectar points.
This week I received another mail from them stating that Amazon had already sent me the vouchers and they had since been spent! I was stunned at this reply. I mailed back saying that I had definately not received any vouchers and that Amazon only had to check my order history to know that I have not used them (the last time I used gift vouchers on amazon was in 2008!) They emailed me back two days ago, stating that Amazon sent me the vouchers 2 days after I requested them from my survey and that they had since been spent.
Throughout this time I had been checking my MySurvey account and the reward status always said 'processing'. The status was not marked as 'processed' until this week.
So, I am really annoyed now. I sent them another reply pointing out the discrepancies between all their emails and asking how is it possible for amazon to have sent vouchers 2 days after I requested them, when the reward was only marked as processed this week. I also offered to send them a copy of my amazon account history. They have not replied.
Today I also contacted Amazon about this and sent them a copy of all the emails I have received.
I really don't know what to think right now, but I doubt my survey have even ordered the vouchers from amazon.0 -
Has anyone noticed how poor the points are getting? I got offered a survey for a maximum of120 points that would take 30 minutes....equivalent of £1.20 an hour....when you compare it to newvista £1 for 5 minutes it is getting really poor.0
