    Yeah they never answered the complaint I made well over a month ago about not receiving nectar points, I gave up on them and haven't done any surveys since. Then the other day I got this, still not received the points but there may be hope still.
    A few weeks ago, you have asked us to exchange your MySurvey Points for Nectar Points. Unfortunately, there has been a delay in processing your order. We apologize for the inconvenience!

    We have been implementing a number of new processes to make the delivery of your orders faster and more efficient in the future. In the course of these changes, we have encountered some problems that have led to initial delays.

    We are delighted to inform you that the issues have been resolved now and your order should be with you shortly!

    I am not keen on the new waiting for points on certain surveys :( i do find there surveys dont take has long as they say :)

    update on nectar points for ppl having problems getting them i had this e mail in reply to e mail i sent them

    Dear Panelist,

    Thank you for your email. We sincerely apologise for the delay in processing your points transfer to your Nectar account. We have experienced some issues since launching the new online shop. We can confirm that we have all your order details and will complete the transfer within the next week.

    If your order was not for nectar then please change the subject line to “Online Shop” followed by the name of the product ordered and we will investigate.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding. Your order is important to us.
    have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving

    Has anyone noticed how bad the points have got with MySurvey? 60-70 points for 20-40 minute surveys is now commonplace.

    Getting Nectar points is now a waste of money given they have opened a Lightspeed-style reward shop and you can get a £5 Amazon voucher for 700 points, 500 points would only get you 500 Nectar points or £2.50 worth! I got my electronic voucher within minutes as well.

    Got my nectar points yesterday after 2 months of waiting, I swapped 1000 mysurvey points for 1205 nectar but have only got 1000 nectar points, !!!!!! :mad:

    Got another 500 points I'll cash out now I know it's working then I'm never going near this place again, just not worth the hassle

    Yep, my missng Nectar points arrived too this morning. Only taken 6 weeks.

    Dare I gamble on paper vouchers for Sainsburys next time?

    I know how you feel. I got this nonsense too when I didn't get my Amazon voucher. It was like every time I complained intead of dealing with my query they told me I had 'the wrong heading in my email.' Two weeks and still waiting for a reply.

  • Did a survey on booze today. Took an hour and a half. Was meant to get 700 points - enough for an Amazon voucher - only got 5 points. Not very happy to put it mildly.

    Yes, I pointed this out a while ago. Measly...and haven't done any of their surveys since. I know they don't take as long as advertised, but even at half the time it is pathetic.
