Just a warning to everyone who uses Mysurvey (lightspeed).
Up until a couple of weeks ago I had just over 2300 points (though I'd get myself a high value electronic voucher).
Logged in around 10 days ago and my points total is suddenly showing -400 (i.e. MINUS!).
Have absolutely no idea where the points have gone - thought my account had been hacked into so I checked my transactions to see whether there had been a redemption. The last redemption was earlier this year which I know I did myself.
I contacted Mysurvey using the online form - no reply or acknowledgement. Tried again a couple of days, still nothing.
Thought I'd try a survey to see whether that could "reset" the account (long shot I know). Got 5 points as didn't qualify and my total just went up by the 5 points, still negative points balance overall.
Don't really know what else I can do, no more surveys obviously.....0 -

Thanks for the heads-up- have 5500 points in my account and am now taking them out of my account- am worried! I hope they do contact you back, it has been 10 days and although I am sure it seems like long enough, survey sites are terrible in regards to getting back to people in a timely fashion so do hang on and keep emaling. It could be a technical error. However, having heard this I am worried myself and think these points would be safer with me in my vouchers-for-xmas collection!0 -
I would have cashed out earlier if I'd known this could happen. Its too late for me but save yourselves!0

Exactly the same has happened to me - I have sent 3 e-mails now and have had no response! If i hear from them i will let you know, but i am refusing to do anymore for them until i hear something back from them0 -
Noticed this thread the other day and realised I had not received any survey invites for a long time.
I tried to log in to my account but received a message saying my account was not active and told to contact them. Sent a message via "contact us" but no reply to date.
Luckily I don't think I had many points but what is happening with this iste?0 -

i would think it's the same as other sites and be instant sorry but never ordered amazon from my survey.comhave now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -
