yes when i emailed them because i wasnt getting points from them they said they have to wait for them then they get added to your account i didnt so i just left it then they started coming in allthough some are faster then others

I had a bit of a moan at them about points not showing as pending etc. They said points were awarded once surveys had closed, and this sometimes taskes a while. A good idea is to make a note of each survey you do, and the survey number, then they can check for you.

Just in case you haven't tried it. Switch the automatic conversion to nectar points off. Then go back a couple of days later and switch it back on. Hopefully within the next week after opting back in to the automatic conversion your points will make it to your nectar account.


My problem is I just am not getting the points credited for the survey in which I participate - I complete about one a week and am screened out of another couple a week (for which you get 25/35 points) but I get 2 or three credits a month since the new site.
I have tried contacting them but don't get the screen out points. (This has just reminded me I need to write another claim e-mail to them.)
This site has definitely been struggling since mytns became mysurvey and the struggle has been going on too long!

Tried to sign up via nectar but it takes me to the old site which no longer permits you to sign up.

I did it via Nectar a few days ago and it took me to the new site. Just checked for you, and it still goes through to the sign-up form on the new website.
