have just fallen off my seat, emma morrison at mytns DOES exist and have just emailed me back, albeit to confirm she's received my emails and will look into the matter and get back to me
all i wanted to know was when i can expect to receive my voucher and whether it'll be in the post or an e-voucher via an email!0 -
I would really expect it to be an evoucher wellsie, the same as all the other reward sites.
I'm still awaiting the conversion of lots of points that are just sitting there annoyingly and not being processed! It used to only be about a week before but they've been sitting there for at least 3 weeks. So frustrating.
I used to think they were so good before....loads of surveys and paid up in a respectable time.0 -

i agree with the e-voucher, so much easier for them, but then most companies email them over the next working day
chased them up again today its the best way and i know from personal experience that the more you hassle them and annoy them the quicker they'll want to get you off their backs
i agree that they ysed to be so good, not sticking up for them but it appears they're in a "transitional" period at the moment, the rewards are still good, 500 points with them is a £5 amazon voucher and to be fair they do give you 25-35 points (pence) for not qualifiying0 -
It's a long transition! They changed to mysurvey in december and still havent sorted the problems out. I got an email back finally saying i had to opt for nectar, had a look, already am?!!!! so fired off another 3 emails since, no reply.
I'm not doing anymore surveys until my points are converted. whats the point if you dont actually get anything?!Last bet : 26th Oct 2006:j Debt free 25th Feb 2008:j Living "my" dream:T0 -
I double checked to make sure that I was still opted in for the automatic nectar conversion and I am but still they don't convert.
Some of these sites are so annoying because when you ask a question they seem to skirt round the real answer and tell you stuff you already knew.
Personally I think I'll stick around with them and see how it goes. I was always satisfied with them before so hopefully it will improve. :rolleyes:0 -
im sticking for the time being too as i think they'll improve, a big company like that surely has to, when it comes to online research/surveys they've got to be the market leaders
just keep emailing them, be persistent and dont give in. im of the mindset that if you dont email them and keep on their backs they'll deem no news/emails as good news so therefore the more emails complaining we can fire off to them the quicker they'll sort themselves out0 -
I'm having problems logging in to my account.
I signed up with them 6 weeks ago and I have recieved and completed 3 surveys, so they have the right e-mail address. But for some reason when i try to log in it says they don't have my e-mail on record. (I only have 1 address) Every time I e-mail them they just send me my password??
Not sure what to do.0 -
who regulates these kind of companies please?0

Also waiting for 900+ points to transfer to my Nectar account which is just sat in the MySurvey account. Not impressed! They used to be really good.Out of my mind. Back in 5 minutes.0
