me too, i'm waiting to see whether they've finally got their act together and are about to transfer them to me... fingers crossed (but not very confidently!)
Is that right, that they've been taken off the nectar earners? Now thats a little worrying.

sorry to harp on but im getting sick of tns/mysurvey and want to apply some serious pressure to them, no more of these polite emails where it gets you nowhere
ive complained several times to them and have sent a few emails everyday this week just to show them im not messing around
i ordered an amazon voucher a few weeks back and they've not told me where it is, or whether it's been sent, or how it'll be sent
since then ive accured enough points to order another £5 voucher but im holding fire until they sort themselves out
someone must have threatened a company like this with some kind of governing body?
Just a note that in the past its always been the case that TNS only shows up on the nectar account in list of places you have/could have earnt from if you have had a payout from them in that month.
And my points credited in Feb from the survey in Dec finally got converted to nectar account-noticed they were processing earlier today and have shown up this evening. Hope other folks get their issues sorted.
After lotsa emails and standard replies I got my points from December today(1083poins)
Not sure whether I will do any more surveys for them as it has been a lot of hassle(and time) chasing them up
