Hmm I got an email this morning.. the usual twaddle where they answer every question you didn't ask and nothing that you did!

Is that right, that they've been taken off the nectar earners? Now thats a little worrying.

well, if i go onto my nectar account it has a list of where i could earn points from and how many i've earned. TNS isnt on there.
mysurvey says my points are processing.

ive complained several times to them and have sent a few emails everyday this week just to show them im not messing around

i ordered an amazon voucher a few weeks back and they've not told me where it is, or whether it's been sent, or how it'll be sent

since then ive accured enough points to order another £5 voucher but im holding fire until they sort themselves out

someone must have threatened a company like this with some kind of governing body?

Just a note that in the past its always been the case that TNS only shows up on the nectar account in list of places you have/could have earnt from if you have had a payout from them in that month.
And my points credited in Feb from the survey in Dec finally got converted to nectar account-noticed they were processing earlier today and have shown up this evening. Hope other folks get their issues sorted.

Just thought I would mention that my points I have been waiting for, for sometime, were converted to my nectar account today.

The points I've been waiting for have been added too. Not all of them I think, but over 1000 so can't complain.

Yippee... thanks to you lovely folks keeping us updated, I just checked mine and I've got all mine credited to nectar too. That's really put a smile on my face.

After lotsa emails and standard replies I got my points from December today(1083poins)
Not sure whether I will do any more surveys for them as it has been a lot of hassle(and time) chasing them up
